Athlete Support Personnel (ASP) (Coaches and Trainers) must complete True Sport Clean or The True Sport Clean Review and Role of Athletic Support Personnel.

• New Coaches will need to register.
  • At the right-hand top of the page click “The Locker” to create an account
• Returning Coaches can use their NCCP Number from last year.
• It is mandatory that all coaches have completed four courses:

1.  Making Ethical Decisions On-Line Evaluation
2. Making Head Way in Football
3. Safe Contact
4. Safe Sport Training  

** Safe Sport Training is required for on field staff and executive as well as coaches**

* If you have taken a course and it is not on your NCCP transcript you will need to contact NCCP 

Criminal Record Check:

• Your Criminal Record Check is valid for 5 years so must be dated from 2019 forward. Please email your document to David Gore dgore@gillespieco.ca
• New or revised CRC can be obtained for free at most police stations and can take anywhere from 24 hrs to 8 weeks depending on the location, OR you can obtain one immediately for a fee of $70 on https://mycrc.ca/
